Chile, Argentina & Brazil with Rio De Janeiro Add-on

Travelsphere’s 15-night escorted tour takes you from Santiago in Chile to Rio de Janeiro in Brazil via Mendoza, Buenos Aires and Iguaçu Falls. After crossing the Andes by road to Mendoza, the land of Malbec and Mount Aconcagua, the tour flies to Buenos Aires. Two full days at leisure mean time either to follow in local footsteps or take optional excursions, including a river cruise through waterways lined with Victorian villas.

The itinerary includes two nights beside Iguaçu Falls on the Argentinian side, where the Ecological train chugs past orchids and tree frogs to views of nearly 300 waterfalls, including the thunderous Devil’s Gorge. It ends with four nights in Rio, with time to visit both Christ the Redeemer and Sugar Loaf Mountain or to sit in a café with a caipirinha.
