Cookie policy
We use cookies to understand how the site is used and to make it work well. You choose what’s on.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how Atlas & Passage is used so we can improve it. You’re in control of the optional ones.
How we use them
- Essential: these keep the site working, in particular, remembering the cookie choices you’ve made. They’re always on.
- Analytics: with your agreement, we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded via Google Tag Manager) to see which destinations, trips and searches are useful, so we can make the site better. These cookies are only set after you accept.
- Marketing: with your agreement, HubSpot helps us understand engagement and improve what we show you. These cookies are only set after you accept.
Default-off: how consent works
Atlas & Passage implements Google Consent Mode v2. When you first arrive, analytics and marketing storage are denied by default: no _ga* or advertising cookies are written before you make a choice. The HubSpot cookie banner presents your options; if you accept, consent is granted and those cookies are set. If you decline, only the single preference cookie __hs_cookie_cat_pref is stored to remember your decision.
Changing your mind
You can update your cookie preferences at any time using the button below, or by clearing your cookies in your browser settings. Changing your preferences won’t stop you from comparing and finding holidays.
Cookie inventory
The specific cookies we use or may set are:
__hs_cookie_cat_pref: HubSpot preference cookie. Stores your consent choice (accept or decline). Set immediately when you interact with the banner, regardless of your choice. Essential category._ga,_ga_*: Google Analytics 4. Distinguish unique visitors and sessions. Only set after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics category.- HubSpot analytics cookies (e.g.
hubspotutk,__hstc,__hssc): engagement tracking. Only set after you accept marketing cookies. Marketing category.
Cookies from operators
When you click through to book, you’ll be on the operator’s own site, which sets its own cookies under its own policy.
