Who we are

Atlas & Passage is a holiday comparison site. We bring cruises, tours and combination holidays together so you can compare them and book direct with the operator. When you book, your booking and payment are handled by that operator, not by Atlas & Passage.

The data controller is Think Fresh Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10177581), with its registered office at 1 Rookery House, Grove Farm, Crookham Village, Hampshire, GU51 5RX, United Kingdom. You can reach us via our contact page.

What we collect

• Usage information: pages you view, searches you run and links you follow, so we can improve the site.
• Device and analytics data: standard information such as browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies you’ve agreed to.
• Anything you send us: if you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

We don’t ask you to create an account to compare holidays, and we don’t take payment for trips on Atlas & Passage.

How we use it

We use your information to run and improve the site, to understand which trips and destinations are useful, and to respond when you get in touch. We rely on your consent for analytics and on our legitimate interest in running a useful, secure service for the rest.

Sharing and processors

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, and only what they need:

• Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager): aggregated usage analytics, used only with your consent. Governed by Google’s privacy policy.
• HubSpot: manages the cookie consent banner and, with your agreement, engagement analytics. Governed by HubSpot’s privacy policy. HubSpot operates in the EU region for this account.
• Hosting infrastructure: the technical platforms used to host and serve Atlas & Passage, under data processing agreements.

When you click through to book, you’ll be on the operator’s own site, covered by their privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep analytics data only for as long as Google Analytics or HubSpot retain it under their standard policies. Any correspondence you send us is kept only as long as needed to resolve your query. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your cookie consent whenever you like. To make a request, email us at our contact page. If you’re in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.
