These terms cover how you can use Atlas & Passage. We’ve kept them clear. Using the site means you’re happy with what’s here.

What Atlas & Passage is

Atlas & Passage is a comparison site for cruises, tours and combination holidays. We help you find and compare trips, then link you to the operator to book. We don’t sell holidays or take payment for them. Your booking is a contract between you and the operator, not with Atlas & Passage.

Commercial relationships

We may receive a commission or referral fee from operators when you click through to their site. This commercial arrangement does not affect the prices shown, the order in which results appear, or the accuracy of the information we display. We compare openly, without manufactured rankings or incentivised positions.

Prices and availability

We work hard to keep prices, departures and details accurate, but they come from operators and can change at any time. The operator’s own site is always the final word on price, availability and what’s included. Prices shown are per person unless we say otherwise. We are not responsible for errors or changes in operator-supplied pricing or content.

Booking and your trip

When you click through to book, you’re dealing directly with the operator, under their terms and conditions. They’re responsible for your booking, payment, and the holiday itself, including any changes, cancellations or refunds. Atlas & Passage is not a party to that contract and accepts no liability for the operator’s performance or any losses arising from your booking.

Using the site fairly

Use Atlas & Passage for your own genuine holiday research.
Don’t copy, scrape or resell our content or data without permission.
Don’t try to disrupt the site or misuse it in any way.

Our content

The Atlas & Passage name, design and content are ours or our licensors’. Operator names and trip details belong to the operators. You’re welcome to link to us; please don’t pass our content off as your own.

Liability

We aim to keep Atlas & Passage accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can’t guarantee every detail is complete or current. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from a booking made with an operator, from relying on information that later changed, or from the acts or omissions of any operator whose holidays appear on the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
