This seven-night tour with Travelsphere visits some of Croatia’s Adriatic islands and coastal towns in gentle stages, leaving room for strolls and swims along the way. You start in Seget Donji before sailing to Korcula, home to a well-preserved medieval city and St Mark’s Cathedral. A guided walking tour introduces its shady streets and pine-lined edges.
Journeys
History
From Korcula you sail to Dubrovnik, where a tasting brings Croatia’s olive oils to life before a tour of the Old Town’s stone streets and a chance to walk the ancient city walls. Next comes Mljet, with its namesake national park featuring trademark saltwater lakes and a Benedictine monastery on an island. Towards the end of the week, the voyage includes Hvar, with its hillside lavender and olive groves, plus Milna on Brač island, where a captain’s dinner is accompanied by traditional singing and dancing.
The final day takes in an olive oil producer’s estate and a walk through Split’s surprising Roman heart, including Diocletian’s Palace. There are swim stops along the way to cool off in the clear Adriatic waters — no need to bring a snorkel, just your curiosity and sense of ease.
