Croatia's Istrian Coast

This seven-night holiday with Just You focuses on Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula and the nearby inland wonders. The trip begins in Lovran, a quiet coastal town from which you’ll take day excursions including a walk along Opatija’s Lungomare promenade and a full day at Plitvice National Park, where a series of lakes and waterfalls connect via woodland paths and a boat crossing.

Further afield, the tour visits Pula, with one of the world’s largest Roman amphitheatres, followed by tastings of olive oil and wine amidst the peninsula’s vineyards. Rovinj provides a chance to wander a working harbour and cobbled streets. The pace eases toward the end with three days at leisure in Lovran, where the hotel pools and sea views encourage relaxed afternoons. Optional trips include a boat ride between nearby islands and even a day trip across the border to Ljubljana in Slovenia.
