Cycle Vietnam

The tour continues by bike and train to Hué, once Vietnam’s imperial capital. Highlights include the wide moats of the Citadel and a home-hosted lunch, plus craft sessions in villages not far from the Perfume River. The coastal roads around the Hai Van Pass offer panoramic views before arriving at Hoi An, where the group cycles through riverside villages and ancient streets with well-preserved wooden houses.

The final days bring a change of pace in the Mekong Delta, cycling quiet village paths and visiting cottage industries at local workshops. The trip ends in Ho Chi Minh City with a ride through the Cu Chi tunnels and time to take in the city’s colonial architecture and markets. The rides average between 8 and 33 kilometres a day, with some transfers and rest days woven in.
