Imperial Capitals - Budapest, Vienna & Prague

This seven-night escorted tour by Travelsphere covers Budapest, Vienna and Prague, three capitals where history and culture crowd together. You start in Budapest, split by the Danube into Buda, with its Castle District and Gothic St Matthias Church, and Pest, home to the parliament and Heroes’ Square. An evening cruise with dinner lets you see the city lights reflected on the river.

After two days at leisure in Budapest, the tour moves on via Bratislava to Vienna. Here you’ll see St Stephen’s Cathedral and the Schönbrunn Palace, with the option of an evening concert in the Orangery that recalls the musical past of Mozart and Strauss. Time is left free too, for wandering or to take a ride on the old-fashioned Giant Ferris Wheel in Prater Park.
