About the trip
Beginning in Casablanca, the tour takes in the medina's twisted lanes and the vast Hassan II Mosque before heading to Rabat, where the Kasbah Oudaya and Hassan Tower form a medieval contrast to the French colonial squares. From there, the route climbs into the Middle Atlas, crossing towns like Ifrane—known as Little Switzerland—before arriving at Erfoud on the edge of the Sahara.
