About the trip

This six-night adventure with G Adventures moves along Australia’s eastern seaboard, starting in Sydney with its famous harbour and the Opera House’s swooping sails visible from your wanderings. The trip includes a surfing lesson at Spot X Surf Camp, a hands-on chance to tackle waves under supervision.

From there, the route continues north to Byron Bay, a coastal town known for its relaxed atmosphere and beaches where you might spot a kangaroo or two on a trek.
