Torres del Paine - The W Trek

This six-day extension by G Adventures is a straightforward trek through some of Patagonia’s most talked-about scenery. The W Trek takes in the three granite spires known as the Torres del Paine, alongside pristine lakes and the striking Grey Glacier — landscapes that often invite frequent pauses for photography.

The trip begins in Puerto Natales before heading into the national park, where campers spend three nights under canvas, equipped with provided mats and tents. The walking itself is challenging but remains under 1,000 metres of elevation, which is reassuring for those new to mountain terrain. Throughout, your group will be accompanied by a CEO and specialist mountain guides.

Camping in the park means packing lightly and relying mostly on provided gear, carrying only essentials during the trek. It is straightforward but rigorous walking, with rewarding views and a well-organised itinerary.
