Himalayan Adventure: India, Nepal & Bhutan

In Nepal’s Kathmandu, visitors join a dumplings cooking demonstration and explore historic temples such as Swayambhunath. The journey continues with a 4x4 safari and cycling in Royal Chitwan National Park, searching patiently for tigers and watching the rhythm of village life. Bhutan is reached by flight, where the focus shifts to lofty mountain scenery with a steep hike to Taktsang Monastery, known locally as Tiger’s Nest, plus visits to distinctive dzongs and local farms.

The group's Chief Experience Officer guides all included activities and cultural moments, from temple visits to community stays. There’s plenty of walking at altitude, with a mixture of accommodation from hotels to guesthouses and a tented camp. This trip is well paced to allow time with local people as well as the mountains’ company, concluding away from the usual crowds and focusing on quiet observation rather than rapid sightseeing.
