About the trip

This G Adventures small group tour navigates the historical and cultural layers of Turkey in just over a week. It begins in Istanbul, where after a welcome dinner in a 4th-century Byzantine cistern, you explore landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia with special access to hidden rooms, and cruise the Bosphorus Strait by evening light.

The route then moves south to Bodrum, where maritime history unfolds at the Museum of Underwater Archaeology, alongside community weaving workshops and local vineyards.
