Enchanting Fjords & Charming Cities: Unforgettable Norway

A six-night escorted tour with Just You through Norway’s fjord scenery, combining historic city visits with train journeys along deep fjords and apple orchards in Hardanger.

Leaving the capital, journey by train on one of the world’s most scenic railways to Myrdal, then transfer to the Flåm Railway, notable for its steep gradients and tunnels winding through mountain terrain. A ferry crosses Aurlandsfjord and Naeroyfjord before a short road trip takes you to Voss, where the evening offers time to settle in for the night.

The tour continues into the Hardanger valley, known for fruit orchards producing local cider, and finishes with a two-day stay in Bergen. Norway’s second city has retained its medieval character in places such as the Bryggen wharf, alongside lively markets and a funicular that climbs Mount Fløyen for city views. It’s a varied itinerary at a relaxed pace, letting the landscape speak for itself without too many early mornings or forced marches.
