About the trip

This nine-night holiday begins with nights in Quito before a week on the Yolita cruising the Galápagos Islands. The itinerary moves between the central, southern and eastern islands, where white-sand beaches are shared with sea lions, iguanas, and century-old tortoises. Punta Pitt offers a chance to spot all three species of booby native to the archipelago, while snorkeling at the Devil’s Crown reveals marine life in a famously clear spot.

Visits include the Charles Darwin Research Station on Santa Cruz Island, where conservation efforts are underway, and Post Office Bay on Floreana Island, a historic site where travellers can drop postcards. Landings involve small boats and can be wet or dry, requiring some mobility. Meals aboard are casual and use local ingredients, and a certified Galápagos National Park guide accompanies all excursions. Flights to and from the islands are included, with a stopover in Guayaquil.
