About the trip

This small-group holiday by G Adventures takes you on a six-night voyage across the lesser and better-known islands of the Galápagos archipelago. Starting from Guayaquil or mainland Ecuador, after a flight that includes a refuelling stop in Guayaquil, the Eden serves as your base for adventures around Genovesa, Bartolomé, and Santiago Islands among others. Red-footed boobies breed at El Barranco on Genovesa Island, one of only two locations where these birds are reliably spotted.

Days revolve around shore excursions and snorkelling outings, including paddle-ins to underwater craters teeming with tropical marine life. Bartolomé Island offers a hike to a viewpoint overlooking the familiar silhouette of Pinnacle Rock, a volcanic remnant.
