Kosovo & Macedonia Adventure: Tirana to Pristina

This eight-day tour from G Adventures takes you through a part of Europe less travelled, ranging from Tirana in Albania to Pristina in Kosovo, crossing North Macedonia along the way. The journey offers a look at centuries-old architecture in places like Ohrid, where you'll join a regional cooking demonstration and take a boat cruise on the lake. In Bitola, a walk along the Sirok Sokak gives a glimpse of local life framed by Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian influences.

Visits continue to Skopje with its walking tour and on to Prizren, where the Sinan Pasha Mosque and a sunset walk at the fortress offer vantage points over a town rich in history. The finale is Pristina where you can visit the Ethnographic Museum and the Sultan Mehmet Fatih Mosque. Travel is by private vehicle, boat and on foot, including winery tastings and local food occasions, with group sizes averaging twelve for an intimate experience.

The tour is escorted rather than traditionally guided, combining local guides with a Chief Experience Officer to facilitate and support your exploration.
