The itinerary continues via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, including a visit to Olduvai Gorge where early human fossils were found. The Serengeti follows, where the nearly endless grassy plains are home to lions, leopards, elephants and cheetahs. Nights are spent in classic canvas tents, where the sounds of the bush replace urban noise.
