About the trip

This small-group journey with G Adventures begins with a six-day guided trek along Kilimanjaro's Machame Route. The path climbs through shifting landscapes, starting with forest and moorland before reaching glaciers and alpine desert, culminating at sunrise on Uhuru Peak — where the curvature of the earth becomes visible.

From the mountain, the tour descends to Tanzania's famed wildlife areas.
