This active adventure begins in San José before setting off to explore Monteverde's cloud forest and the looming Arenal Volcano. Here, hanging bridges and dense jungle trails provide the backdrop for trekking and ziplining, with the occasional coffee plantation tour peppering the itinerary.

After Monteverde and Arenal, the group navigates the Pacuare River's rapids by raft, spending two nights in a rustic jungle lodge accessed only by water. The expedition concludes in Puerto Viejo, where the Caribbean coast offers opportunities for mountain biking and a surfing lesson.
